Tổng quan

Manage project scope, timeline, budget, resource planning, and governance.
Lead Core Banking upgrade activities across business and technology teams.
Work closely with Finance/Accounting teams to ensure GL and accounting requirements are met.
Coordinate with vendors, system integrators, and stakeholders.
Oversee SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and hypercare activities.
Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
Ensure compliance with banking, security, and audit requirements.
Report project status and key milestones to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.
4+ years of experience in IT Project Management within Banking/Financial Services OR 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Banking with strong understanding of IT/Business Analyst language.
Proven experience delivering Core Banking implementation or upgrade projects.
Strong knowledge of:
Core Banking systems
Banking operations
Accounting entries, GL processes, and financial reporting
System integration & data migration
SDLC & testing lifecycle
Experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE is highly preferred.
PMP / Agile certification is a plus.
Strong stakeholder, vendor, and communication skills.
Good English proficiency.
