Admissions & Sales Management (70%)
Lead the school’s admissions and sales activities to achieve enrolment and revenue targets.
Develop and implement admissions plans and sales strategies in alignment with the school’s business objectives.
Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved.
Recruit, lead, coach, and develop the Admissions team to build a high-performing sales culture.
Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance management to enhance team capability and effectiveness.
Manage the admissions pipeline and ensure a professional and positive parent experience from enquiry to enrolment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents to support student recruitment and retention.
School Operations Management (30%)
Oversee the overall operational efficiency of the school, including cost control, resource utilization, and service quality.
Work closely with the School Leadership Team (Principal / Vice Principal) to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment between admissions, academic, and support functions.
Monitor school performance, operational costs, and profitability to support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
