Tổng quan
- Administer and maintain enterprise systems, including Windows Server and Linux servers
- Manage Active Directory / Entra ID, user lifecycle, and access control
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- Perform patching, configuration management, and system hardening
- Manage campus network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewall)
- Configure and troubleshoot network components and connectivity issues
- Monitor network performance and ensure service availability
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents and propose improvements
- Implement and maintain security controls:
- Patch management
- Endpoint protection
- Access control
- Monitor logs and respond to security incidents
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies and data protection requirements
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Azure services
- Support hybrid environments (on-premise + cloud)
- Assist in deployment of new enterprise and cloud-based solutions
- Optimise system and cloud resource usage
- Handle escalated incidents (Level 2/3 support)
- Troubleshoot complex system, network, and security issues
- Provide technical guidance and support to ICT Support team
- Participate in ICT projects:
- Infrastructure upgrades
- Cloud adoption
- System migrations
- Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and security
- Research and recommend new technologies
- Work closely with departments to support ICT needs
- Maintain documentation (system architecture, configurations, SOPs)
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
