Verify shipping documents and coordinate with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance for import and export shipments (trade and non-trade).
Monitor shipment status, ETA, and DEM/DET free time; provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate with carriers, airlines, ports, customs authorities, inspection agencies, and other relevant parties to ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time cargo delivery.
Monitor customs clearance and transportation progress, control logistics-related costs, and resolve operational issues to support timely warehouse delivery.
Handle regulatory compliance activities, including chemical import licenses, chemical declarations, and product quality inspection procedures.
Process insurance claims for damaged, lost, or short-shipped cargo when applicable.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
