Tổng quan

  • ➢ Supervise and coordinate daily Warehouse and Logistics activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipment.
  • ➢ Ensure high inventory accuracy through proper inventory control, cycle counting and timely resolution of stock discrepancies.
  • ➢ Ensure all Warehouse and Logistics transactions are completed accurately and on time in SAP.
  • ➢ Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure incoming and outgoing shipments are delivered on time.
  • ➢ Ensure compliance with customs, import/export and relevant government requirements for all shipments.
  • ➢ Monitor logistics and freight costs and identify opportunities to achieve annual cost savings.
  • ➢ Monitor forwarder performance and support freight quotation and rate negotiation activities.
  • ➢ Monitor key Warehouse and Logistics KPIs including inventory accuracy, on-time shipment, transaction accuracy, freight cost and warehouse productivity.
  • ➢ Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve warehouse efficiency, material flow, productivity and cost.
  • ➢ Maintain strong 5S and safety standards within Warehouse and Logistics areas.
  • ➢ Act as SAP Super User / Subject Matter Expert for relevant Warehouse, Logistics and Purchasing processes.
  • ➢ Maintain relevant ISO procedures and support internal/external audits as required.
  • ➢ Mentor, coach and provide day-to-day guidance to Warehouse and Logistics staff.
  • ➢ Work closely with Production, Customer Service, Purchasing and other functions to ensure smooth material and shipment flow.
  • ➢ Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
