Tổng quan

Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents for MEP systems.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs for MEP works (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection).
Prepare and maintain quantity tracking sheets for ongoing projects.
Update quantities based on design revisions, site changes, and as-built information.
Coordinate with engineering and site teams to clarify scope, discrepancies, and missing details.
Support cost control by monitoring quantities, material usage, and variations.
Assist in verifying subcontractors’ progress quantities and payment claims.
Track and record variations (VO) related to quantity changes.
Maintain proper documentation of quantity take-offs and project records.
Support project team in reporting quantity-related data when required.
