Own and execute Silicon IP pre-silicon verification activities from planning through verification sign-off.
Develop, enhance, and maintain verification environments, testbenches, checkers, test cases, and coverage models.
Execute simulations and regression runs; analyze failures and drive root-cause resolution.
Collaborate closely with IP, integration, and system teams to resolve verification issues.
Track verification progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
Participate in technical reviews, verification discussions, and process compliance activities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers on verification methodologies and debugging techniques.
