Receive, review, and validate Packaging Bills of Materials (BOMs) and breakdown BOM structures from manufacturing plants.
Research, analyze, and identify material substances in articles using available technical and regulatory information.
Collect, review, and maintain REACH and other material compliance declarations from suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain required compliance information, supporting statements, and regulatory documentation.
Upload compliance documentation and maintain case records in Jira and other designated systems.
Maintain and optimize packaging master data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Correct inaccurate special dimensions for packing units within packaging BOMs using PackIT.
Identify and correct non-plausible packaging weights and other master data inconsistencies.
Review and update stacking factors for inbound packaging BOMs to ensure operational accuracy.
Organize, archive, and maintain supporting documentation, including supplier communications, compliance statements, and audit evidence.
Monitor task progress and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
Participate in regular alignment meetings and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
