Assist users in troubleshooting travel & expense tools (bTravel, mobile application)
Guide employees through the process of submitting travel requests and expense reports
Resolve issues related to travel arrangements, reimbursements, and system errors within SLA
Support compliance with Bosch travel & expense policies and procedures
Handle employee disputes related to travel & expense topics
Escalate complex cases to senior team members or SMEs when needed
Contribute to knowledge base, FAQs, and continuous improvement initiatives
