- Job overview:
- Drive project and Design & Build sales growth in Northern Vietnam, focusing on residential, hospitality, and commercial segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, and key project stakeholders.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through market intelligence, networking, and direct customer engagement.
- Promote the company's products, solutions, and brand to influence project specifications and increase market penetration.
- Manage project pipelines from opportunity identification through project completion, ensuring achievement of sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales Support, Technical, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and support business planning.
- Prepare sales forecasts, project updates, and business development reports for the National Sales Manager.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term strategies to strengthen the company's project and Design & Build business in the Northern market.
- University degree (preferably in Architecture, Construction, or Technology)
- At least 5 years of experience in project/ design & build sales or business development
- Proven track record and existing network with decision-makers in the project business
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English
- Professional, persuasive, and service-oriented personality
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and proactive in work
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Travel north market for business regularly
- Able to work independently and in team settings
