Provide backup support for assigned customer accounts during the maternity leave period.
Handle pricing requests, prepare quotations, and coordinate logistics solutions with carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders.
Support inside sales activities, including customer follow-up, CRM maintenance, and sales administration.
Coordinate and monitor operational activities for local sales shipments to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Assist with RFQs, tenders, customer proposals, and other commercial projects as required.
Liaise with customers, overseas offices, vendors, and internal departments to support business opportunities and ongoing shipments.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and support other ad-hoc commercial and operational activities assigned by management.
