- BIM Group is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Legal Manager to join Legal
- The candidate should possess extensive legal expertise, strong commercial acumen, and excellent
- Participate in the preparation, structuring, negotiation, and execution of mergers and
- acquisitions (M&A), financing transactions, commercial transactions, and investment
- projects.
- Provide legal support to business units and subsidiaries throughout the preparation
- negotiation, and completion of transactions.
- Draft, review, revise, and negotiate contracts and other legal transaction documents while
- addressing legal issues arising during implementation.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to the Group's subsidiaries and departments to ensure
- compliance with applicable laws, internal regulations, and corporate policies.
- Represent the company in dealings with government authorities, organizations, and other
- relevant parties when required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management and the Head of the Legal
- Department.
