- Pre-Construction Stage (Tendering & BOQ Preparation)
- Review tender drawings and proactively consult with the Interior Design (ID) to promptly adjust or supplement technical solutions immediately upon receipt of drawings and during the BOQ development process.
- Participate in the preparation of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), by cross-check tender drawings with actual on-site conditions to ensure technical accuracy and construction feasibility
- Work closely with the Project Team to define technical specifications and optimize construction solutions to achieve the highest quality standards and meet stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project milestones during tendering and highlight any discrepancies or potential breaches to ensure compliance.
- Construction Planning & Supervisor:
- Develop a detailed construction schedule based on the approved master project timeline, and
- consistently monitor site progress against this baseline to ensure on-time delivery
- Ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with drawings, specifications, and contract terms.
- Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with company policies and local regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure quality and specification compliance.
- Monitor progress, review vendor schedules, and report deviations promptly.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation measures to prevent delays, rework, or cost overruns.
- Drive contractors to deliver high-quality work within strict deadlines.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for seamless project execution.
- Attend on-site meetings, provide updates, and ensure timely resolution of design, site, or logistical issues.
- Ensure timely reporting of any progress deviations or site issues to the Project Team.
- Validate and ensure timely submission of progress claims with full supporting documentation
- Manage all site documentation including reports, inspection records, permits, and closing documents.
- Provide accurate and timely project updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Finalize quality acceptance and completion of all handover documentation.
- HSSE Management
- Implement and enforce the company’s safety, security, and environmental management systems at the project site.
- Coordinate closely with contractors to ensure strict compliance with HSSE requirements and maintain a safe working environment.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions.
- Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work with Interior Design to resolve discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
- Collaborate with Project Coordinator on material delivery, site logistics, and issue tracking.
- Support Procurement by validating contractor performance, work volumes, and payment claims.
- Assist Project Manager in managing client expectations and reporting project status.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly site progress reports/ defects list after handover with photos, highlights, and risk notes.
- Maintain accurate site diary, issue logs, and inspection records.
- Support the handover documentation including as-built drawings, O&M manuals, warranty documents and certification.
- Major Subject: Architecture, Civil Engineering, Design or Project/Construction Management
- Minimum Academic Requirement: Bachelor
- Language Requirements:Proficient in Vietnamese & English (spoken & written)
- Minimum relevant Experiences: 5 years and 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar tools is desirable.
- Experience in interior construction required.
