Tổng quan

  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and regulations related to Safety, Hygiene, and Health.
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of annual occupational safety and hygiene plans; assess risks and develop emergency response plans; periodically update new regulations and organize their implementation.
  • Organizing and responding to assessments related to Environment, Safety and Health (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, customers, government agencies, etc.).
  • Operate EHS committees: Labor Safety and Hygiene Committee Council.
  • Compliance monitoring, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems, air conditioning, air compressors, generators, cameras, fire alarm systems, security systems, elevators, water pumping systems, wastewater treatment systems, and gas systems in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Vietnam's Occupational Safety and Hygiene Law.
  • Collect and propose solutions to employers regarding recommendations from inspection teams, audit teams, and employees on occupational safety and hygiene issues.
  • Prepare statistics and reports on occupational safety and hygiene activities, and submit periodic reports to authorities and BOD
  • Monitor and track the correction of non-conformities related to health, safety, and environment arising during factory operations.
  • Report and perform tasks assigned by superiors.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Environmental Management Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
  • Foreign language proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650 or above, or Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 level or higher.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in Factory Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS), including at least 03 years in a supervisory position; possessing knowledge of information technology applications for management and data analysis.
  • Candidates will undergo a two-round interview process.
