Tổng quan

Lead and supervise engineering/manufacturing staff to achieve departmental objectives.
Set up production lines, equipment, software, and manufacturing processes.
Coordinate cross-functionally to resolve quality and production issues.
Ensure compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.
Drive continuous improvement, automation, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Control departmental budgets and operating costs.
Develop, coach, and mentor team members.
Liaise with equipment vendors for technical support, procurement, installation, and maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields.
Good communication skills in English and/or Japanese (TOEIC 650+, JLPT N3+ preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Production Engineering and 2 years in a leadership role.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation systems, ISO, QMS, and EMS.
Experience in production line setup, equipment management, and supplier coordination is an advantage.
