Identify, connect, and develop a network of TikTok Beauty Influencers/KOLs/KOCs in the Vietnam market
Build and manage an influencer database in beauty product reviews, skincare, and makeup; negotiate pricing, cooperation models, and campaign execution with influencers and MCN agencies
Oversee the full collaboration process including sample delivery, content coordination, posting schedules, and campaign performance
Analyze key metrics such as views, engagement, CTR, CVR, and ROI to optimize results
Research TikTok Beauty trends and competitor activities to recommend suitable strategie
Collaborate with operations, advertising, and supply chain teams to ensure campaign progress.

College degree or above
Native Vietnamese speaker with strong communication skills
Chinese for work communication is required (HSK4, HSKK) and basic English is a plus
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in TikTok Influencer BD or Influencer Marketing
An existing beauty influencer network is highly preferred
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
Knowledge of TikTok Shop, e-commerce, and affiliate marketing is an advantage
