Attend to customers’ needs relating to banking products such as inquiries, opening of new accounts, banking transactions, remittances, and to ensure provision of efficient and courteous service in accordance with the bank’s established guidelines/policies.
Proper handling of banking request made by customers, introduce and promote the bank’s financial products and cross sell referrals.
Attend to the creation and modification of daily inward/outward transactions made by customers.
Perform report suspicious transaction and ensure strict compliance to established guidelines/policies including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism Operations Manual, Customer Due Diligence Manual, and etc.
Keeping abreast on the provisions and changes in the statutory requirements, Head Office policies and SBV’s guidelines.
Perform any other functions as assigned by Management from time to time.
