Tổng quan

Develop an overall production plan based on order specifications, established priorities, worker capacity, machinery/equipment, and spare parts and material availability.
Coordinate internally between Scheduling, Service, RM, PRD, WH & Prepress teams.
Ensure each operation meets delivery dates according to SLA/ETD, CRD (Flexibility), and PD (Reliability) order specifications.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance in terms of Output, UEE, and UPLH.
Request materials from the warehouse for production according to the daily production schedule, while also monitoring and reporting on weekly and monthly production inventory.
Work with the Printing/ Prepress department to maintain and accurately update delivery times, colors, printing method and UPS in the master data file.
