Allocate and send production orders to outsource (OS) suppliers based on capacity, capability, and lead times.
Follow-up & expediting deliver by tracking order progress, resolve bottlenecks, and expedite critical deliveries to meet customer schedules.
Manage OS item development & supplier capacity, drive continuous subcontractors development, and optimize overall supplier capacity.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Technical, Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality) to align on outsourcing requirements and resolve operational issues.
Analyze & report OS supplier performance and OS development: track and visualize OS key metrics, perform supplier scorecard evaluations, and deliver actionable insights for OS strategy improvements.
Other assignments, related outsourcing projects assigned by line manager.
