Conduct competitor product analysis and monitor new product launches, including features, key selling points, and emerging technologies.
Analyze market and customer requirements and coordinate product demand feedback with HQ Product Planning teams.
Manage product technical documentation and provide product-related technical consultation to customers and internal teams.
Develop and deliver product training programs for sales teams, distributors, and partners, especially during new product launches.
Support technical marketing activities, exhibitions, promotional events, and provide technical solutions for project opportunities.
Coordinate with HQ R&D, Product Planning, Logistics, Marketing, and After-Sales teams to ensure successful product launches and resolve technical issues.
Support analysis and resolution of complex product and technical issues in the market.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
