Tổng quan

Provide prompt, professional, and courteous customer service to guests via WhatsApp, email, and phone.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and service-related issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
Coordinate with Concierge, Reservations, Operations, and Supervisory teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Support daily administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, updating records, maintaining internal documentation, and preparing basic reports.
Track guest requests, feedback, follow-ups, and service issues accurately.
Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate team or supervisor when necessary.
Maintain a professional standard of communication when working with international guests.
Support other operational and administrative tasks as required.
Working Schedule
Full-time position.
Work is arranged on a rotating shift basis.
Shifts may include day, evening, and overnight hours.
Candidates must be comfortable and available to work night shifts when scheduled.
Shift schedules will be arranged in advance based on operational requirements.
Employees assigned to night shifts will receive night shift compensation in accordance with applicable Vietnamese labor law.
