Assist the Operations Controllers in maintaining accurate, timely operational and commercial reporting —
gathering and verifying data, helping deliver it to executive leadership and other business stakeholders
locally and internationally.
Reporting:
Prepare and update daily and weekly reporting to track operational and financial performance and
commercial activities.
Assist with month-end close activities: Financial and Operational Reporting deadlines
Consolidate inputs from multiple business units to deliver consistent and meaningful data outputs.
Work closely with the London-based operations team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, flagging issues to the Operations Controller
as appropriate.
Become a proficient user of accounting and reporting tools to create and maintain management
reports.
Support Risk, Sustainability and Commercial teams with relevant operational data when
necessary.
Handle ad hoc reporting and data-related requests.
