Academic Quality
Build, implement, and continuously improve the IELTS Quality Assurance system.
Observe classes, evaluate teaching quality, coach teachers, and monitor student progress.
Analyse academic data, identify risks, and implement preventive and improvement plans.
Ensure consistent academic standards across all IELTS classes.
Teacher Recruitment & Development
Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development of IELTS teachers.
Build a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing academic team.
Curriculum & Assessment
Develop and improve curricula, teaching materials, lesson plans, placement tests, progress tests, mock exams, and assessment systems.
Research and apply innovative teaching approaches and AI-supported educational solutions.
Student Success & Academic Operations
Conduct placement tests and provide academic consultation for prospective students and parents.
Support the Admissions team with academic recommendations when required.
Collaborate with the Board of Directors and other departments to strengthen academic quality, develop new programmes, and drive continuous improvement.
Undertake other academic responsibilities assigned by the Board of Directors.
