Tổng quan

Coordinate hotels, transportation, guides, cruises, flights, and tour services.
Confirm and monitor bookings with suppliers.
Prepare operation files and service vouchers.
Assist sales team with tour arrangements.
Handle customer requests and operational issues.
Ensure smooth delivery of tours from arrival to departure.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
All works of Operation including customer services, contracting ,branding and Company business development

Minimum 1 year of experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or related tourism field.
Good English communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, overtime and manage multiple bookings.
Knowledge of Vietnam & South-east Asia & destinations is an advantage.
