Tổng quan

Handle daily tour operations for Vietnam and Southeast Asia travel programs.
Coordinate and confirm bookings with hotels, cruises, transportation providers, guides, airlines, and local suppliers.
Prepare operation files, service vouchers, rooming lists, and travel documents.
Monitor all services before and during client travel to ensure smooth operation.
Communicate with suppliers and partners regarding reservations, amendments, and special requests.
Support the Sales Team in itinerary planning and product updates.
Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate booking records and supplier databases.
Conduct quality control and service follow-up after tours.
Assist in developing new products and improving operational procedures.
Participate in destination inspections and supplier visits when required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in inbound tour operations.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam destinations and tourism services.
Good understanding of Southeast Asia destinations including Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and Bali is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience working with international travelers and overseas travel agents.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online reservation systems.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
Minimum 2 year of experience in tour operations or related tourism field.
Good English communication skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure, overtime and manage multiple bookings.
Knowledge of Vietnam & South-east Asia & destinations is an advantage.
