Review engineering deliverables and monitor the design’s progress to ensure it is completed within the scheduled timeframe.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety protocols are strictly followed in construction works.
Manage all documents and engineering works that are suitable for the solar rooftop standard of VN and the IEC standards, and the construction method.
Control on-site resources effectively, including equipment, machinery, and personnel, to enhance productivity during construction.
Determine, report, and resolve on-site challenges and risks that occur or will occur during the construction works, which may affect the project timelines and resources.
Prepare regular progress reports for quality control and project schedule.
