- You’ll be part of a team of 2 experienced sourcing professionals working to build a high-performing supplier base across the Decor category. Your focus will be driving improvements in quality, cost, delivery, and supplier performance.
- Find, qualify, onboard, and manage suppliers across Home Textiles, Lighting, and Housewares.
- Build strong supplier partnerships by managing production, capacity, delivery, and operational risks.
- Track and drive supplier performance using KPIs, regular business reviews, and corrective actions.
- Identify and execute opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, lead times, capacity planning, and production.
- Partner with Product Development, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support new product launches.
- Prepare clear sourcing reports and provide quick, solution-oriented recommendations to stakeholders.
- Travel locally and internationally to support supplier development and business needs.
