Coordination of cross-functional projects involving Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Marketing.
Ownership of administrative best practices and standardization across the sales support team.
Development and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Monitoring of key administrative KPIs and identification of improvement opportunities.
Acting as a key point of contact for administrative escalations and issue resolution.
Leveraging Power BI and other available tools to improve reporting automation and data visibility.
Supporting Heads of Department with business reviews, presentations, and data preparation.
Following up on action plans from sales meetings and ensuring timely completion of agreed actions.
Ensuring data quality and consistency across systems, reports, and customer records.
Facilitating communication and alignment between admin teams supporting different channels.
Handling other tasks and projects assigned by management in line with business needs and priorities.
