Analysis, definition and optimization of process-relevant parameters (e.g. injection parameters)
Solve daily issues related to injection process
Planning for necessary injection grippers for new projects
Making and verifying ISIR for injection parts for new and relocation projects with R&D and Quality team
Monitoring OEE of injection process, machine ultilization
Setup and maintain workflow of connectors in SAP, e.g. master data, work plan, bill of material, production tools and routing etc in SAP.
Push lean manufacturing, increase production output and make costs down.
Other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager
