Tổng quan

  • Manage purchasing activities for direct materials, electronic components, manufacturing equipment, spare parts, and tooling based on business requirements.
  • Analyze demand, inventory levels, and procurement requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply for operations and production.
  • Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve cost-effective purchasing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and drive continuous improvements in quality, cost, and service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate directly with customers when required.
  • Support supply chain risk management and business continuity initiatives.
  • Prepare procurement reports, purchasing analyses, and KPI reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Procurement Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly preferred.
  • Experience purchasing direct materials, electronic components, equipment, spare parts, or industrial machinery is an advantage.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
  • Highly responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented.
