Tổng quan

Identify and develop relationships with prospective clients interested in Australian property investment and immigration programs.
Understand clients’ investment objectives, financial circumstances, and immigration plans to identify suitable services.
Present property projects, investment opportunities, and immigration programs using company-approved information.
Coordinate with property specialists and qualified immigration professionals to address clients’ technical questions.
Arrange consultations, deliver presentations, follow up with prospects, and guide clients through the sales process.
Explain service fees, support negotiations, and facilitate contract signing in accordance with company policies.
Work with internal teams to collect client information, hand over documentation, and provide progress updates.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop referral opportunities.
Participate in seminars, client events, and business development activities.
Keep client records up to date and meet agreed sales targets.
Protect client confidentiality and communicate accurately without making unauthorized promises about investment returns or immigration outcomes.
Location: 4th Floor, UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao Street, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM–12:00 PM
Compensation: Base salary from VND 12 million/ month, plus uncapped performance-based bonuses.
