Manage fire-fighting systems and conduct regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety requirements and identify potential risks within the shopping mall. (20%)
Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to resolve incidents and technical issues related to tenants, equipment, and technical systems etc… (15%)
Follow up on assigned fit-out works, renovations, and event setup activities in the shopping mall, and report progress, schedules, and any relevant incidents to Management. (15%)
Introduce and enforce shopping mall operation procedures and regulations for tenants, suppliers, and vendors, and follow up on their implementation. (10%)
Regularly patrol the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services are maintained in good condition and provide a safe and comfortable environment for customers. (10%)
Manage and supervise event setup and fit-out works in the shopping mall to ensure construction activities are carried out safely and no incidents occur during execution. (10%)
Manage and follow up on tenant facilities maintenance to ensure all equipment and facilities are properly maintained, safely operated, and free from incidents that may affect mall operations. (10%)
Perform other duties as assigned by Management. (10%)
