Work location: HCM Head Office - 15F LIM Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao, HCMC
Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
Report to: Deputy Manager
Investigate business potential in assigned area and analyze new business possibility (20%)
Create a business feasibility study plan and report for the new potential market (15%)
Propose business opportunity and return of the investment plan (15%)
Develop good relationships with private companies or governmental bodies for developing sites and negotiate with them for Shopping Center and store development (10%)
Prepare legal documentation relating to location contracting, and licensing of the company (20%)
Constantly have a good grip on the industry trend, market trend, and consumer trend (10%)
Other tasks as assigned by Managers (10%).
