  • Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Leasing Administration Senior Executive.
  • + Main function: Ensure leasing documents and data are sufficient and accurate to keep up with the project timeline. Oversee admin team members to conduct and control Leasing Department with the purpose of compliance with Company policy and regulations.
  • + Work location: HCM Head Office - 15th Floor, LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
  • + Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • + Report to: Deputy Manager
  • Schedule the working plan of team, assign tasks properly, instruct sufficiently, and follow up closely with staff to ensure all admin tasks can be done in a timely and correct manner (15%)
  • Oversee compliance, accuracy, and signing progress of leasing documents and correct or adjust accordingly if necessary to ensure effectiveness (15%)
  • Assist supervisor to improve and develop team’s performance not only in working results but also in following our Company’s regulations (15%)
  • Collaborate and coordinate with related departments to resolve arising problems and orient team members (15%)
  • Systematize data, create procedures, templates, and workflow within Leasing team for smooth and effective coordination among sections as well as closely control (10%)
  • Motivate, train and manage sub-team member (2-6 members) to complete all assigned tasks as target and develop personal capability of team members (10%)
  • Enhance knowledge of the retail market through survey, study, analysis about brands and commercial centers to contribute to sharing reports, ideas, opinion for other sections in leasing team (10%)
  • Make report as assigned accurately and timely (5%)
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors (5%).
