MMD management
Ensure the correct and effective implementation of regulations on goods
Processing, receiving and storing documents according to regulations and handling related issues to ensure no loss for the company as well as related departments
Make sure to submit correct documents to relevant departments in the company
Back room & Zone Receiving management
Manage and arrange appropriate MMD area to increase work efficiency
Manage tools and equipment to ensure no loss and waste
Check and control MMD area. Ensure the flow of goods delivery between suppliers and staffs is always clear and not overloaded
Stock taking management
Check and control monthly & bio -yearlystock take process. Make sure to follow the correct procedure
Investigation and find out the solution to improve the loss of goods
Final report for stock taking
Profit & Web EDI service
Understand functionality on the Profit system for easy & efficiency work
Follow and update data through Web EDI.
Other tasks
Opening & closing Store.
