Tổng quan

Planning and implementation for getting SC income
To plan and implement the short term event
To plan and implement for getting SC other income (ex. Storage, Advertisement, Wagon etc.)
To search for potential business partners and propose solutions to expand the sales budgets at the shopping center.
Planning and implementation of sales promotions
To analyze data such as sales and rent of tenants, and using it to make improvements
To plan and implement sales promotions.
To communicate with the store managers of each tenants
To propose new initiatives to attract customers and increase revenue for the shopping center
Lease Contract Management
To draft and negotiate to finalize content, and get signature of Tenancy Agreement, Lease Approval Form (LAF).
To manage paper work: Tenancy Agreement, Service contract, internal approval, Payment documents
To work and communicate with relevant departments to finalize the tenant agreement.
Coordinate with other lines and related departments to ensure stable tenant operations
To train and supervise tenant staff to follow AEON Viet Nam regulation.
To solve customer complaint and any other arising problems quickly and effectively.
To grow up sales and attract new customers come to Shopping Center.
To approve relevant documents of tenants with other line and related department operating at the shopping center.
Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants and potential tenants
To evaluate business status, plan and strategies of tenants.
To advise and support tenants in displaying products, improving sales strategies and enhancing business efficiency.
Others
Support other departments as necessary
Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Division Leader, Line Manager and Store Manager.
Planning and implement sales promotions.
Maintain and build up relationship with current tenants
Coordinate with other lines in SC and related departments to ensure stable tenant operations at SC

Yêu cầu

Bachelor's degree
At least 1 year experience in shopping mall operations, leasing, or retail property management
Good computer skills (Especially Excel).
Good analytical skills
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Must be available to work in shift
Good mindset of customer service
Experience in retail field is in advance
Can work under high pressure and self-motivation
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Effective time management and work organization skills.
Personality Dynamic, creative and solves problems quickly.
