Tổng quan

  • To be responsible for sales service and customer services to customers in order to ensure smooth operations.
  • Replenish merchandise, Make sure merchandise is in good conditions & quality.
  • Make sure all the display products follow POG and all the price between display merchandise and price card is tally.
  • Conduct price checking on POS, HHT and price label change ( if necessary) is completed before store opened.
  • Provide advices and good customer services to encourage " plus selling". Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
  • Get information and introduce to customers about new arrivals, promotions, policies regarding to payment, returns/ exchanges…
  • Scan goods in the cash register ensure pricing is correct. Bag,box or wrap purchased items.
  • Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, voucher or automatic debit.
  • Receive and inspect documents from suppliers to ensure accuracy in quantity and specifications according to purchase orders.
  • Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations.
  • Orthe tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store leader, Store Manager.
  • 1: Follow DWS from management, follow company's rules on customer service ( Greeting, smiling, attitude towards custormers)
  • 2: Cashier activities
  • 3: Merchandise management
  • 4: Follow Rules and regulations of company

Yêu cầu

  • Vocational / Technical school or high school graduate.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently.
  • Be able to work at shift & on Public Holidays.
