Tổng quan

  • Responsible for managing all activities of all general staff in store
  • Responsible to manage : Sale, GP, PA-0, Loss, TOD in store• Control ordering perishable, D&D
  • Maintain display for standard : Full display, Full POP/PC, product information labels.
  • Manage quality of product and expired date
  • Manage backroom follow regulations
  • Manage OOS report follow regulations
  • Manage DWS, Plan and monitor monthly department's roster and manpower schedule.
  • Control wating time of customer at POS, Always train and remind subordinates on enhancing department customer service satisfction.
  • Provide good customer services to encourage " plus selling".Be polite and listen alternatively to customer needs.
  • Follow all working procedures, the company's policies, rules and regulations. Check, monitor, remind and guide General Staff to follow the rules and regulations.
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Store manager.
  • 1: Make DWS and manage staff by DWS
  • 2: Manage Stock, Sale, GP, TOD, Loss in store
  • 3: Control PA-0 by ordering skills, display skills
  • 4: Manage Cashier and follow company's rules on customer service ( Greeting, smiling, attitude towards custormers).

Yêu cầu

  • Need at least 6 month of experience working in a supermarket
  • Good communication skill.
  • Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Good planning, organizing and time-management skills.
  • Teamwork skill: Actively promote team work
  • Strong leadership and excellent relationship management.
  • Be able to work in shift & public holidays
  • Customer service skill, customer service minded
