As a Consultant – Payroll & HR Consulting at Hanoi Office, you will ensure the client’s Salary/SHUI/PIT records and reporting are compliant with relevant standards, client requirements, and in accordance with local Vietnamese regulations, as well as complying with requirements of the firm.
Ensure accuracy in preparing Payroll Reports, PIT, SHUI contributions, and related compliance work for FDI clients.
Manage and update client compliance and management calendars; coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet all deadlines.
Liaise with clients and their staff to provide proper guidance, resolve issues, and oversee daily responsibilities.
Support HR Consulting projects to help clients remain compliant and provide tailored legal solutions.
Stay updated with legal changes to ensure all procedures align with Vietnamese regulations.
Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables in line with Acclime’s international benchmarks.
Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.
