Manage and oversee payroll operations across all entities, including:
Coordinate with Payroll Coordinators and external Payroll Vendor to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.
Oversee Personal Income Tax (PIT) administration and compliance.
Manage statutory insurance processes, including Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance.
Review and continuously improve payroll-related policies, processes, and controls to enhance operational effectiveness and compliance.
Support employee benefits administration and related programs.
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, insurance, and benefits.
