Select, evaluate, and recommend plastic materials based on product performance, cost, and

Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to plastic materials, molding processes, and finished
products.
Plan and perform material testing, validate results, and prepare technical reports.
Support new product development through material selection, prototype evaluation, and
process validation.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce scrap, and optimize cycle
times.
Collaborate with engineering, quality, production, suppliers, and customers to resolve
technical issues.
Develop and maintain material specifications, processing guidelines, and technical
documentation.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions
(CAPA).
Mentor entry-level team members and provide technical guidance as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
